About
I am a Principal Researcher in the Machine Learning and Optimization (MLO) group in MSR Redmond.
I received my Ph.D. in Operations Research from MIT (opens in new tab) under the supervision of Patrick Jaillet (opens in new tab). Before that, I obtained my degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (opens in new tab) in Greece.
My research interests are in the area of optimization and AI with applications in cloud computing, transportation and logistics. In particular, my current focus is on Cloud Efficiency Optimization (cloud supply chain optimization, datacenter management, VM allocation), and Generative AI for optimization and decision intelligence (OptiGuide).
