À propos
I am a researcher at the Software Analytics Group in Microsoft Research Asia. Before MSRA, I received a B.S. in Computer Science from Tsinghua University (opens in new tab), and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (opens in new tab) under the supervision of Huamin Qu (opens in new tab).
My research interest is information visualization. I believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. I also believe that intuitiveness is as important as powerfulness to a data exploration tool. Currently, I am focusing on visual analysis of text and social network data.
